Hello, I’m Sonya.

I support individuals and families during elder transitions and help in downsizing homes by organizing and clearing homes to be prepared for sale, family transition or new residents.

My Mission

After the long journey of supporting my mother’s experience with dementia requiring her transition to full time assisted living I was inspired to support other families who are faced with this same journey of navigating their elder’s as their needs change.

The emotional and time consuming work of decision making, organizing, and project managing the material world of our elders can be made simpler with the assistance of a caring organizer, who can hold both the emotional and the physical reality of this journey.

I feel honored to assist and use my skills of attention to detail, efficiency, resourcing and emotional support skills to make the process as smooth and harmonious as possible for the benefit of all involved.

  • The first step is reaching out for a free consultation to discuss your family’s needs. We will discuss all aspects of what the project will entail, including time estimates and rates.

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin, and a signed agreement will be required before services begin.

  • Timelines depend on the project, but I generally dedicate two weeks up to a month to each client, with the possibility of an extension based on my availability.
